By eating the right balance of carbs and protein, your body will feel energized and your mind will run efficiently. If you notice that you feel fatigued after eating a certain type of food, it is a strong sign that your body is not able to digest it properly. When your system is forced to work harder to get certain foods back out, you find yourself unmotivated and in need of a nap. Help your body out by cutting those foods from your diet.

Heartburn is caused by acid remaining in your esophagus, instead of breaking down what you are eating like it is supposed to. Because it is not doing the job it was meant for, the unbroken foods in your system cause issues in your stomach, leaving you with a burning throat and a sore gut. Help to ease this heartburn by slowing down and thoroughly chewing your food. Also, avoid drinking a lot of fluids at meals, do not eat right before bed, and possibly try an over-the-counter digestive enzyme to help your body break down your food.
