The Benefits Of Black Teas

Like many other kinds of tea, black teas are made from the Camellia Sinensis plant. After the leaves are withered, rolled and heated, the black tea is fermented before its final heating process. Like other teas, black tea has many health benefits. Studies have found that black tea can be useful for stronger bones, and oral health; reducing plaque and restricting bacteria growth that can cause cavities and tooth decay. Patients who drink three or more cups of black tea per day have a healthier heart and a twenty-one percent lower risk of stroke. Other benefits of black tea are that it can reduce stress, increase energy, promote good gut health, and fight off free radicals that can cause cancer.
