Rectal Bleeding is easy enough to spot when processing through your normal bowel movements, however most people do not realize that stool that is black could have blood in it. Black stool could also be from food that you eat, if you have eaten anything with a heavy green color or if you have taken Pepto-Bismol.

The feeling that your bowel doesn't completely empty could also be coupled with an urgency to go to the bathroom. Polyps, growths, and tumors can develop in the colon and the rectum area that can irritate and narrow the lining of the intestine which triggers the feelings.
