Known for its stunning colours and firm texture, Mahi-Mahi (or dolphinfish – no relation to dolphins!) is a lean, tropical powerhouse. It provides an excellent source of high-quality protein, essential for muscle building and repair, along with significant amounts of selenium, potassium, and vitamin B12. Its flavour is mild and slightly sweet, making it incredibly versatile for grilling, baking, or blackening. Mahi-Mahi holds up well in tacos, sandwiches, or simply served with tropical salsa.
