This enhances coordination and dynamic balance. Stand tall, using a wall for light support if needed. March in place, lifting one knee towards your chest. As you lift your right knee, swing your left arm forward (like natural walking). As you lower the right knee and lift the left, swing your right arm forward. Continue marching and swinging opposite arms for 30-60 seconds. Focus on rhythm and maintaining an upright posture.

Improves spatial awareness and the ability to step accurately in different directions. Imagine a small square on the floor. Stand at one corner. Step forward with your right foot to the top right corner. Step sideways with your left foot to the top left corner. Step backward with your right foot to the bottom left corner. Step sideways with your left foot back to the start. Repeat 5 times, then reverse the direction (leading with the left foot). Use a wall for support initially.
