Peanut oil is high in monounsaturated fats, which are fats good for your health, and it is cholesterol free and free of trans fats. Other benefits of peanut oil are it is rich in both vitamin E and antioxidants that fight free radicals.
The only con to peanut oil is many people are allergic to peanuts, and therefore would be allergic to peanut oil.
