Raw apple cider vinegar makes for a great toner. When applied topically to the skin, apple cider vinegar can kill of skin bacteria and restore the skin's pH. It can also absorb excess oil. You'll want to dilute apple cider vinegar with water before adding it to your skin. A ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water works best. You can use the apple cider vinegar and water mixture as a spot treatment or as an overall toner. No matter how you choose to use the mixture, be sure you're not over drying your skin.
