By writing down your thoughts, you’ll also have more control of the direction of your thoughts, which can lead to feelings of joy and gratitude. Some examples include getting into shape, spending more time with loved ones, getting a promotion, or traveling the world. Whatever your new dream may be, make a list of all the benefits it will bring to your life and put it somewhere where you can view it every day, so it reminds you to stay motivated and work towards your goal!
