8. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension)

By reducing blood volume, diuretics can cause blood pressure to drop too low, leading to hypotension. Symptoms include dizziness, blurred vision, fainting, fatigue, and confusion—especially when standing up too quickly. This is known as orthostatic hypotension.
